How to Make Multiple Payments (Local Transfer)

Introduction

The Multiple Payment feature allows you to initiate and process several payments in one flow, helping you save time and reduce repetitive steps.

By following this process, you can efficiently manage payments to multiple vendors or beneficiaries at once while maintaining accurate records within your account. This guide will walk you through how to create, review, and complete multiple payments successfully. Let’s get started!

To begin

  1. Log in to the Merchant Dashboard

  2. Click on “Payments

  3. Select Local transfers as shown below:



  4. Click on “Make new transfer” and select “Multiple payout” as shown below:



  5. Input the the required information, such as:

    1. Amount

    2. Beneficiary: select a beneficiary or create a new one by clicking on “Enter a new beneficiary.”

    3. Description

  6. Click on “Add another beneficiary” to add more beneficiaries as many times as possible and click “Continue” as shown below:



  7. You will be redirected to a page to review the payout and select the account to pay from.

  8. Once satisfied with all the details, click “Start bulk transfer” 

  9. Finalize the process with your preferred authentication method and click “Complete transaction”

Congratulations! you have just made multiple payouts on Duplo.

    • You can add multiple beneficiaries by clicking “Add another beneficiary” repeatedly. However, limits may depend on your account settings or transaction policies.
  • Can I review all payments before completing the transaction?
    • Yes. Before finalizing, you’ll be redirected to a review page where you can confirm all payment details and select the account to debit
  • What happens after I click “Start bulk transfer”?
    • You’ll be required to authenticate the transaction using your preferred method. Once completed, all payments will be processed, and the transaction will be finalized.
