Pre-conditions

Your company's admin or a user with access to the team member tab should have sent you an invitation. Click here to learn how to invite a user.

The invitation will be sent to the email address you'll use for onboarding.

To begin

1. Log in to your mail service provider
2. You should receive an email as shown below:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on Join Duplo, it will redirect you to a page as shown below:
   
   
   
   
4. Fill in the required information: first name, last name, phone number, your password, etc., and click “Continue” to complete the process.
   
   

Congratulations! You've completed the onboarding process as an invited user. You can now sign in to your Duplo account.

• Why can't I find the email?
  • Two possible reasons:
    • Your admin hasn't sent the invite yet. Please confirm with them.
    • The invite email might be in your spam folder.
• What if I've followed the process but still can't complete sign up?
