How to Fund Your Expense Wallet

Introduction

Funding your expense wallet on Duplo is a simple process designed to support seamless financial operations. You can fund your Expense Wallet directly to begin making payments and managing expenses, while keeping your spending organized and easy to track across specific expense accounts.

Let’s dive in!

To begin

  1. Login to your Duplo Dashboard
  2. Click on “Expense” then select “Accounts”




  3. Click on Manage Accounts then select the expense account you want to fund, then select fund account



  4. Once you have entered in the amount, select the payment method. Currently ‘Pay with Ozow’ is available in South Africa.
    Ozow is a creditor-approved Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) in South Africa, enabling secure instant EFT and card payments. Ozow Pay by Bank offers convenient, seamless payments.



  5. You will be directed to your bank selection page.
    Select your bank from the list, and click continue.
    • First National Bank (FNB)
    • Investec
    • Nedbank
    • Bidvest Bank
    • TymeBank
  6. To process your payment, enter your bank’s login details. You are securely paying via Ozow, not logging into your bank. Your information stays encrypted and protected.
  7. Select your preferred account and select continue.
  8. Once your transfer is successful, a confirmation icon will appear along with your payment summary. To download your receipt as a PDF, click the “Download Receipt” icon.  



  9. Once the transfer is successful, your wallet balance will be updated.



  10. Congratulations! You've successfully funded your expense wallet.
